Local Delivery
We deliver to Kelowna, West Kelowna, and Lake Country.
There is a minimum order of $50 with a delivery fee of $6.50. FREE DELIVERY if you spend $75 or more.
Lake Country has a minimum order of $80.
Deliveries start at 11am and can run all night.
However, our last call is at 7:30PM. If you are paying by e-transfer we must receive the payment before 7:30PM as well.
All orders after 7:30PM will be delivered the following day.
Approximately 1-2 hours to deliver your order. A call/text will be sent when the drivers are close.
Failure to reply or answer will result in a failed delivery and can be subject to a redelivery fee.

Mail Orders
Shipment processing time
All orders placed before 5pm PST will be shipped out the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped out the next business day.

Shipping method: Xpresspost Canada Post
Estimated delivery time: 2-4 business days.
Shipping cost: $15.00 – $22.00 (varies on location)
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive an automated shipment confirmation email from Canada Post once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Please check your spam and junk mail folders for this email.
Due to the increase of lost and stolen packages. We are offering an insurance fee of $5 or 3% depending on which is greater.
If your order did not arrive to your destination due to theft or being lost, we will send you another one no questions asked.
The 3% insurance is entirely optional. You have the choice to add this coverage to your order during the checkout process. If you decide not to opt for the insurance, your order will not be protected against loss or theft.
Weed Delviery Kelowna will not cover packages with insurance due to:
- Wrong address provided by the customer
- Customer change of address
- Theft after delivery
- Package being rejected upon delivery (concierge or other)
Packages with incomplete or incorrect addresses (missing unit #) will be undeliverable by Canada Post. No refunds or replacements will be give for this mistake. PLEASE ENTER THE CORRECT ADDRESS.
Loyalty Program
When customers make a purchase on our website, they earn points based on the total amount spent. The order must be delivered and completed for you to be awarded the points.
These points can be accumulated over time and used towards future purchases.
Customers can use their loyalty points as a form of payment during checkout. For every 1000 points, customers can save $1 from their total purchase amount.
Yes, loyalty points will expire after one year.
Yes, customers will still earn loyalty points on purchases of discounted or promotional items. The points earned are based on the total amount spent.
If an order is canceled or refunded, the loyalty points earned from that purchase will be deducted from the customer’s account accordingly.
